Kaitlin Donaldson knew that she wanted to pursue a career in the events industry from a very early age.
After enrolling at Endicott College to study in the School of Hospitality Management, Kaitlin found herself eagerly searching for opportunities to compliment the theory she was learning in the classroom. Prior to graduation, she completed ten internships, was named president of Endicott’s Events Management Organization, was elected president of Eta Sigma Delta [Hospitality Management honor society] and was invited to join the Endicott College New York Board of Advisors by former college president, Dr. Richard E. Wylie.
Kaitlin currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Events Management, and a minor in Communications.
Following graduation, Kaitlin returned to New York City and freelanced for Harper’s Bazaar Top Wedding Planners in the World, Colin Cowie and Marcy Blum, before joining Jennifer Zabinski Events as an Event Planner and Executive Assistant.
At JZ Events, Kaitlin authored press articles for digital publications such as Vogue, InStyle Weddings, Elle, Carats and Cake, and Martha Stewart Weddings. She planned celebrations ranging from intimate cocktail parties to dinner soirées, bar and bat mitzvahs, milestone birthdays, holiday events, and more. Kaitlin also worked on-site at Serena Williams’ wedding to Alexis Ohanian, and traveled to work weddings across the globe, including Mexico, the Bahamas, Wyoming, Aspen and Italy.
After 2.5 years, 9 destinations, 15 clients and countless celebrations, Kaitlin joined Rafanelli Events as a Production Manager. She’s humbled to work alongside so many talented event producers and designers.
All the Best Moments
In 2020, Kaitlin’s passion for the editorial world fueled the launch of her own blog, All the Best Moments.
She writes on the subjects of Event Planning & Lifestyle; providing guides, insight and tips to help others plan their own special and memorable occasions, and encourages them to celebrate All the Best Moments that life has to offer.
Kaitlin notes, “As a professional event planner, my job is to bring my client’s vision to life… To create moments of surprise and delight, moments of high energy, and moments that inspire others. I hope to inspire you to cultivate your own moments that stand out from the rest, as you bring your vision to life.”
