Kaitlin Donaldson is the creative force behind All The Best Moments (ATBM), a boutique wedding planning, production, and design firm known for distinctive, story-driven celebrations and an exceptional guest experience.

With a decade of experience in the events industry, Kaitlin brings a rare combination of creative perspective and production expertise to her work.
Before founding ATBM in 2020, she worked as an Event Planner and Production Manager alongside some of the industry’s most respected names, including Rafanelli Events, Preston Bailey, and Jennifer Zabinski. Her experience spans celebrations across the United States and destinations around the world, with a background encompassing complex logistics, large-scale production, design, hospitality, and the intricate orchestration required to bring an event together at the highest level.
Kaitlin believes the best weddings feel distinctive, deeply personal, and rooted in the guest experience. Her approach is informed by an understanding that beautiful design is only one part of a successful celebration. The pacing of a weekend, the way guests move through a space, the rhythm of an evening, and the smallest details of hospitality all shape how a wedding is ultimately experienced and remembered.
Today, Kaitlin works with a select number of couples to create celebrations that are highly personal, beautifully produced, and exceptionally well hosted. From intimate gatherings to multi-day destination weekends, each wedding is approached with the same level of rigor, creativity, and care that has defined her career from the beginning.
