Kaitlin Donaldson is the creative force behind All the Best Moments (ATBM). With a decade of experience, she designs and produces exquisite events for discerning clients, blending timeless elegance with a personalized approach. Kaitlin began her career alongside top event professionals, curating weddings and gatherings for notable figures. Now, she specializes in crafting distinctive celebrations both near and far, drawing inspiration from each client's story.

READER,
As your wedding planner, my goal is for you to feel like you can be fully present. I want you to be able to actually enjoy your engagement, feel confident during the planning process, and revel in the experience of your wedding day, without fear, anxiety, or stress.
I’m always accessible, with a level of care and attentiveness that naturally carries through every interaction we have. Whether you prefer to connect frequently or just at key checkpoints, I keep everything moving forward with thoughtful intention, layering in details and ensuring your vision continues to evolve with a level of ease, resourcefulness, and a bit of whimsy.
Before founding All The Best Moments (ATBM) in 2020, I worked as an Event Planner and Production Manager alongside industry leaders Rafanelli Events, Preston Bailey, Jennifer Zabinski, among others, executing large-scale celebrations around the world.
Today, I bring that same caliber of expertise to every wedding we produce, collaborating with couples to create their dream weddings exactly as imagined… and often a little better. Trust me, it’s going to be good.
